Love the lesbian car cast, always a lot of fun.:)
I really liked the movie. I thought they did a great job adapting the book (which was my least favorite of the series).
The honeymoon was well done and pretty close to how I imagined it. The Bella seduction scene was so cute, Edwards reaction was great.
What caught me off guard was how emotional I got during the birth scene. When Bella dies and Edward was desperately trying to bring her back, that really got to me. I think it was how Bella really looked like she died. They did a good job with that scene.
I really thought the Wolf communication scene was really silly. The scene itself was fine, but the voices were so bad. They altered the actors voice & made them sound like a Transformers cartoon.
Loved page boy Edward, super cute.
Newly born Renasty was not how I pictured her from the book, she just looked like a regular baby in the movie.
The Denali coven didn’t really bother me, I thought they were fine. The girl that plays Tanya (MyAnna Buring) is in one of my favorite movie, The Descent (2005).
The Bella Transformation scene was really cool, perfect way to end the movie.
Overall, good times at the movies.
I hope you do a New Moon, Eclipse & eventually Breaking Dawn commentary. I actually discovered your podcast when looking for Twilight movie commentaries. zarban.com has a section for Twilight commentaries, and has yours listed, as well as other fan sites/haters.
P.S. The hand job workout is my favorite episode, so hilarious, any episode with a lot of shame is priceless. 🙂
Keep up the great job Mew & CNew.

Thanks, Nari! I had forgotten about my book expectation of Renasty. I also wasn’t expecting her to look “normal” based on the book, but it looks like Hollywood changed that.
The shame happens so easily. We do plan to do other commentaries of the movies. Stay tuned!
Thanks for listening!
