Gals!! Enjoyin’ the new podcast as I write this. One note about the “Self” magazine photoshoot… they did this before Rachelle got the boot, so I guess there was no awkwardness at the time.
Also, Melissa, I’m very Team Sad Bastard too and I LOVE the soundtrack, especially Thom Yorke’s tune!! Gotta’ get back to the ‘cast. Thanks for making my day fun!

Whoot Whoot!!!
Just listening to the podcast as I write this …. found out that y’all picked ‘lil ol’ me?! Honestly guys, I’m equal parts surprised and honored!!! *bows* .. Just when I think I couldn’t luv y’all any more than I do … gosh golly.. you prove me wrong! LOL! 😀 ….. and yes if you’re curious.. the iambic pentameter was all part of my little evil plan *muahahaha* LOL!
Question: How do I get me prize? Do I send you my address, forgot to do so along with my entry.
*Waits for response with bated breath*
Re: to Lara above —> (my Amazon buddy?)
Good to know about the ‘Self’ mag shoot … makes sense if it was done before she ‘got the boot!’ God that would be the epitome of awkwardness .. could you imagine?!
Oh and sorry Christen I agree with you on many a things but … I too am a fellow sad bastard tune lovin’ girl like Melissa and Lara! lol
Also about the soundtrack:
I think my favorite tracks on it are prolly Thom Yorke’s ‘Hearing Damage like Lara, oh and Grizzly Bear’s ‘Slow Life’ really has a different sound I’m diggin’ as well.
Note to Christen:
I was actually surprised to see a lot of fast paced (non-sad bastard sounding) songs there were on the soundtrack —-> my favorite of the happy ‘sounding’ songs are Sea Wolf’s ‘Violent Hour,’ definitely.

Thanks for the comments, Lara and Luxie! I can dig that sad bastard has its place, and I’m glad you can share Melissa’s love of the ol’ sad bastard tunes. I’ll have to let you know what I think about the soundtrack after the movie, but I swear if it’s sad bastard it’s going the way of the dodo for me!!
