Dejeuner’s Italy Adventure: Twilight Shame Edition

So you know Dejeuner, urr, Pranzo, has skipped out on the Midwest and has flown to Italy for a little vacay. It just so happens that he’s there during the Italian production of the New Moon movie. Lucky goat.

But Pranzo has been instructed to play it cool. Exact directives: Do not act ANYTHING like Melissa or Christen when in the presence of fame. Being our podcasting mascot, we expect a call from the U.S. Embassy at any moment.

This report came in from Chris, our Fan of the Week Emeritus, who is goat-sitting Pranzo on his Eurotrip:

Pranzo and I are having a great time in Crete.  The local goats are somewhat troublesome, blocking roadways and such.  But they have been peaceful with Pranzo so far.

Dej's Cretian Goat Brother

We are based out of Chania, near the American Naval base.  Pranzo has been fraternizing with the seamen.  Pranzo and I visited Heraklion and the Palace of Knossos, the setting of the legend of the Minotaur and Hercules.
I got yelled at by the museum administration at the Minoan Archiological Museum in Heraklion for attempting to capture Pranzo taking in a statute of Hades and Cerberus (the three headed dog).

Curator: “What are you doing?  No no, put that little dog back in your bag! Only pictures of the pieces plese.” (Scowl, frown, shaking head).  Enter the Twilight shame.

At least Dej got to gift shop. He's always thinking of the Newborn Army!
